Jeep is always innovating new ways to conquer the wild, and with the Grand Wagoneer concept vehicle, they’ll combine their unrivaled athleticism with family-friendly space and comfort.
Jeep Performance
The Grand Wagoneer complements its body-on-frame build with an independent rear suspension system to grant the SUV stability and smoothness for everyone onboard. You can expect a gentle ride whether you’re commuting and carpooling through town or embarking on a long highway excursion with the whole crew. As with any model that bears the Jeep name, the Grand Wagoneer is also engineered to brave the wilderness with unmatched off-roading expertise. The SUV’s Selec-Terrain® Traction Management System features various drive modes to tackle any terrain, whether you encounter snow, mud, sand, or rocky ground. The Quadra-Drive II 4×4 system also adds an active two-speed transfer case for confident traversing wherever you go. You can count on the advanced plug-in hybrid powertrain to deliver all the energy you need for accelerating, exploring, and even trailering while still delivering conservative fuel efficiency.
Passenger-Focused Cruising
The three-row SUV accommodates your crew with high-quality furnishings all around. The concept interior sports the latest in Jeep’s SUV cabin design, with upscale amenities like moody ambient lighting, refined wood, and other premium-wrapped accents. A McIntosh sound system provides crystal-clear audio, and a 12.1-inch touchscreen offers easy access to your onboard tech, while a rear-seat entertainment system keeps your crew from growing restless on ling drives.
The Grand Wagoneer Returns
The arrival of the Grand Wagoneer signals a couple of exciting events in Jeep history. First, it is the return of a nameplate that Jeep has not used since the early 1990s, when the vehicle that bore the name also sported squared angles and wood paneling. On the inside, the old Grand Wagoneer also featured a comfortable leather interior with ample room for families, and under the hood, it ran on a potent V8 engine. The new Grand Wagoneer will also be the first three-row Jeep model since the Commander, which departed from the Jeep lineup a decade ago.
